Arcwell provides customized Go-To-Market Growth Strategy deliverables based on information you submit via our intake form. Deliverables are provided digitally.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

2. Payments

All purchases are processed securely via Stripe. Payment is due in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the customized nature of our services, all sales are final.

4. Delivery Timeline

Custom strategy deliverables are typically delivered within five (5) business days after your intake form is fully submitted and payment is received.

Delivery timelines may be extended if customer input is incomplete or delayed.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Arcwell, including strategy deliverables, website content, frameworks, and systems, are and remain the intellectual property of Arcwell.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables internally for your business.

You may not resell, distribute, publish, or otherwise share Arcwell deliverables without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Arcwell is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable Services.
